Remove front wheel, fender, disconnect headlight, and brake caliper.

Fold the stem to expose the stem fixing bolt.

Unthread the adjustment cones.

Remove the fork and note the direction and orientation of the bearings.

Install the new fork and perform the same actions in backwards order.
