We have supplied the people who cut our replacement keys the master keys for all of our bikes (except the Groove - please contact [email protected] to see if they have any replacement Groove Lock Cores). If you need replacement keys, please send an email to [email protected], with:

• Your Lock Core Number (a 3-digit number located on the lock located on the frame of your bike)
• Your address to which you need the keys shipped
• Your phone number at which they can reach you if necessary

Once they have this information, they will send you an invoice for the replacement keys.
