    - RFE #791989: Footers can now have an unsubscribe link.  To use, just place "[URL]" where
                   the link is needed (without quotes).
    - Admin can now add all the website users to a mailing list.  If the list is double opt-in,
      the user still has to click the link in the email.  The script does check current
      subscribers so no duplicate users will be added.
