Why won't my battery charge? (for Groove model)

Symptoms / things to check for on the charger:
If the battery does not charge, when the battery is removed from the bike frame and plugged into the charger directly then this is likely a blown or defective 5A charging fuse, or an issue with the charger.

The light on the charger brick will turn from green to red when the charger is actively charging the battery.
The light on the charger will turn green, or stay green if the battery is full, or not actively charging.

If the green light is flashing when the battery is plugged into the charger, this indicates a problem with the charger.

Symptoms / things to check for on the battery:

1: Can you confirm that the battery turns off when in the off/unlocked key positions?

-To confirm: in these modes you should not be able to turn on the display on the bike, and the battery charge level indicator/button should not be active.

2: Have you tested the battery with replacement fuses?
- There is a 5A fuse for power/charging input, and a 30A fuse for power supply / output

If possible, please replace the 5A fuse in the battery with a new fuse, and let us know the results. This will either resolve the issue or point towards the charger being the issue.

3: Do the fuse caps have their appropriate inserts? (see below)
