Remove the RH grip and stopper:  The grip will pull off gradually. and the stopper ring will as well after backing out the 2.5mm set screw.  Keep in mind that some parts are keyed so that orientation of those parts will allow them to only be installed/removed one way.

Remove the 3 phillips head screws: One from the aft portion of the display housing, and 2 from the underside of the fore portion of the display housing.

Gently pry the display cover off exposing the internal wiring: 

Remove the 4 4mm fixing bolts that attached the face plate of the handle bar:

Identify the throttle wire and disconnect it.  This will allow for the removal of the throttle assembly after loosening the throttle pinch bolt with a 2.5mm hex:

Feed the new throttle wire back through the handlebar and work backwards to replace all hardware.  Keep in mind that some parts are keyed so that they are only be installed one way.
