This is how to replace your Display/Throttle Unit on our E-Bikes.

 

 

Step 1. Remove the Coil wire cover from the wire cluster

 

 

Step 2. Isolate and unplug the Display unit from the wire cluster.

 

 

Step 3. Remove the Grip 

- Loosen the 3mm Allen key and slide the grip outwards off the handlebar

 

 

Step 4. Remove the Brake lever and Display

- Loosen the Brake allen (5mm) and Display allen (3mm) bolts and slide outwards off the handlebar

 

 

Step 5. Install new Display

- Slide onto handlebars and tighen the 3mm Allen bolt

 

Step 6. Re-Install Brake Lever

 

Step 7. Re-Install Grip

 

Step 8, Plug in new display

***IMPORTANT***

- Please note the orientation of the arrows on each plug end. The arrows must line up or else you can damage the pins inside the plugs

 

 

Step 9. Power on and enjoy!
