Here is how to install.

Step 1: Remove 3 securing bolts from Scooter
-1 2.5mm Hex Bolt



-2 Philips Screws



Step 2: Using a flat head screwdriver or thin flat tool, gently wiggle off the top cover to expose computer and wires.

 

Step 3:  Remove the black rubberize cover from wired connections

 

Step 4:  Identify the headlight wire (red and black)

 

 

If the headlight needs to be replaced:

 

 

Step 1:  Remove the black rubber protective plug

 

Step 2:  Using a 3mm hex/allen, loosen the fixing bolt that holds the light and reflector together and onto the scooter.

 

Step 3:  Remove the 3mm fixing screw.  This will give you access to the light and reflector independently. 

 

 

With the fixing bolt removed, the reflector will be free to replace.

 

 

Side note: there is a small amount of silicone that holds the wire behind the headlight.

If the wiring doesn't move smoothly that is likely the reason.
